Michelle Delzer
Michele Delzer is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 21 years of experience in primary care and pain management. Growing up in Rapid City, she was inspired by family and friends in healthcare and was part of one of the first graduating classes in both the nursing and nurse practitioner programs at South Dakota State University, West River Campus. Early in her career, she even taught nursing, helping guide the next generation of caregivers. Michele loves getting to know her patients personally, building lasting relationships, and creating care plans that fit each individual’s lifestyle and goals.
Outside the clinic, Michele stays active, enjoys hiking and exploring the Black Hills, and treasures time with her family and friends. She has fond memories of growing up in a lively, community-oriented household.
As the founder of Rapid City Health Professionals, Michele has created a welcoming space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to take charge of their health. She looks forward to meeting new patients and helping them feel their very best.
Emmi Denny
Emmi Denny is the office receptionist and social media manager at Rapid City Health Professionals. Born and raised in Rapid City, she attended Central High School and graduated from Western Dakota Technical with a focus in Business and Technology, earning a Social Media Certificate. Prior to joining the clinic, Emmi worked as a scheduler for Flormann at Monument, gaining valuable experience in organization and client coordination.
In her free time, Emmi enjoys watching anime, playing games, and recording content for her YouTube channel. She brings energy, creativity, and a friendly smile to the clinic, making patients feel welcome while keeping the clinic’s social media presence engaging and informative.
